No. In fact, we all benefit from moderate levels of anxiety, as it keeps us motivated to achieve our goals. If our anxiety levels were too low, we wouldn’t be motivated to get anything accomplished; however high levels of anxiety is disruptive and maladaptive, and therefore like everything else moderation is key
