SHAKE YOUR BODY WHILE BLOWING A RASPBERRY
Shake off the tension by shaking your limbs together and blowing a raspberry. This exercise should be done standing up to allow you to shake every part of your body.

Stand with your feet a few inches from one another. Relax your knees, slightly bend the right knee while the left leg stays straight, then bend the left knee while the right leg stays straight. If you have flexible joints in your fingers, then you are able to twist them in various ways ,. The more you twist them, the more relaxed you feel.

Let yourself go and stretch your facial muscles to the max. Making funny faces in front of a mirror or even outside helps relieve the tension in your face. You will yourself feeling more relaxed afterward.
